  1. How do I choose the right ring size for finger tip rings?
    Each ring's description includes its dimensions and instructions on how and where to measure your finger. Using a tailor's tape measure will be the most convenient. Please check the description for the specific ring you're interested in.

  2. How do I choose the right size for other rings?
    The dimensions are provided in US sizing. The best way to measure your fingers is at a jeweler's.

  3. Are such large rings comfortable?
    Comfort is subjective. I personally own and wear every ring from my private collection. I test every design on myself before releasing it for sale.

  4. Where is RAW FLOW jewelry made?
    My jewelry is created in Warsaw, Poland. Each piece is personally created by me. RAW FLOW is my personal artistic endeavor. 

  5. Jewelry Creation Time.
    The waiting time is usually 3 to 15 business days, plus shipping (more about shipping in point 6). If the waiting time might be extended, I always inform customers about it, usually on the main banner of the website.

  6. Shipping.
    For shipments outside of Poland, DHL Express handles the delivery, which typically takes 1-3 business days. Every shipment has a tracking number and is insured. You'll automatically receive all shipping information via email, allowing you to track your parcel's journey. Within Poland, I ship via InPost.

  7. Are returns possible?
    Each piece of RAW FLOW jewelry is personally handcrafted specifically for your order and is not mass-produced or kept in stock. Due to the unique, custom-made nature of my creations, all sales are generally final.

    However, your satisfaction is very important to me. In exceptional situations, I may consider a return within 14 days of delivery. If you believe your situation qualifies as an exception, please contact me directly via email to discuss it.

  8. Will RAW FLOW create custom design?
    No, I exclusively create my own designs. I deeply value my private flow and artistic path. For me, RAW FLOW is an artistic project stemming directly from my experiences, emotions, and my perception of reality.

  9. Why Sculptures?
    My jewelry pieces are sculptures. This means that every finger, lip, nose, etc., is sculpted by me in various clays, and then these sculptures are transformed into jewelry. They are not casts made directly from bodies.

  10. VAT.
    23% VAT is already included in the prices.

  11. Customs duties.
    Please note that for international shipments outside the UE, customs duties and taxes may be applied depending on your country or region. These charges are beyond my control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. In such cases, the customs office will contact you directly via email regarding any applicable fees.
